Joining our dental membership is easy and ensures you always receive the care you need. Just contact our friendly team to arrange your membership and enjoy consistent, expert care for just £15 a month.
Terms and conditions
1. Our dental membership is open to both new and existing patients at Ewell Orthodontics. By signing up, you agree to a monthly subscription fee, which is collected via Direct Debit.
2. Your membership entitles you to the following benefits each membership year:
- Two dental health checks (routine examinations)
- Routine X-rays as required
- One annual iTero digital scan
- A 5% discount on orthodontic and cosmetic treatments
- A welcome pack upon joining
3. The 5% discount applies to our standard private fees for orthodontic and cosmetic treatments only. This discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offers or seasonal promotions unless specifically stated.
4. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in the loss of one of your inclusive health checks for that year or a late-cancellation fee.
5. To ensure we can continue providing high-quality care and exclusive savings, our membership is an annual commitment. While we collect fees monthly for your convenience, the benefits are balanced over a 12-month membership year. You may cancel your membership at any time by providing 30 days’ written notice. However, if you choose to cancel and have already received your inclusive check-ups or scans for the current membership year, we reserve the right to charge the difference between your monthly contributions and the full private cost of the treatments received. This applies both during the initial 12 months and in any subsequent years of membership.
6. The membership plan is not an insurance policy. It does not cover emergency out-of-hours call-outs, prescriptions, laboratory fees or referrals to external specialists.
7. Ewell Orthodontics reserves the right to amend the membership fees or benefits. We will always provide you with at least 30 days’ notice of any significant changes to your plan.
